The Albury Volunteer Rescue Squad (VRA) attends a variety of incident scenes and events. We have lighting set up on our trucks however once set up at a scene the truck is now offline for any further incidents, we needed an option to keep our Rescue Trucks available. After receiving support from our community we were able to explore the option of a lighting trailer. Many options were explored.
The PR Power PR-ECO LED Mobile Lighting Tower quickly stood out as not only a high performer but the best value for money. The flexibility of the sales team to help us out was outstanding. Since we purchased the tower it has truly met and exceeded our expectations. Every time we fire it up it still amazes us with the light output it has. The ease of towing and set up is also outstanding. Having various members of our squad using the tower after a quick training session proved how easy and safe it is to use.

"Keeping Our Carbon Footprint Light"
The PR Power Mobile Light tower- solar powered was a great investment for our project. Alder Constructions project for Energex at Greenslopes utilised this equipment over the Winter months.
Located in a busy cul-de-sac with high pedestrian and bicycle traffic as well as the Brisbane City Council bus terminal, workers on site were exposed to numerous hazards, that were amplified in the low light of Winter. Our primary pedestrian access was effectively and brilliantly illuminated to ensure workers were not exposed to any trip hazards when entering and leaving the job site. With no requirement to run 240v power, the self-powering solar system enabled quick and cost effective installation.
The mobility of the light tower also allowed us to re-position it simply and quickly when our access arrangements needed modifying, a common issue on many construction projects. Although we had full access to PR Power’s support network, we encountered no operational or maintenance issues. Such a bonus when the project is in full swing. Keeping our carbon footprint light the solar-powered light tower is another way we can minimise our impact in both the short and long term for our community.
