PR Power recently supplied mobile lighting equipment for a limestone quarry located in New South Wales, Australia.
The customer required pit floor lighting equipment for the safe extraction of material and improved safety for vehicles entering and leaving the quarry. The lighting towers would be required to illuminate an area of 1.5km in length and 300m deep.
PR Power supplied two PR8000-FH Mine Spec Mobile Lighting Towers, which were positioned at each end of the limestone quarry to supply the required lighting output.
The two lighting towers exceeded the client’s expectations of providing a well illuminated and safe work area.
