A series of floods hit Queensland during December 2010/2011, forcing mass evacuation of thousands of people from towns and cities.

Background

At least 90 towns and over 200,000 people were affected.

Objective

Supply emergency lighting during rescue and reconstruction phase to emergency workers and contractors.

Solution

Supplied multiple mobile lighting towers with LED, Metal Halide and balloon lamps, in the Brisbane CBD area for rental. The lighting towers provided emergency lighting whilst power and other essentials were restored and damaged property repaired.
